Democratic self-governance is easier said than done. But how, exactly, is it done (or, more precisely, practiced)? To find out, we're turning to fellow Connective Tissue members who have put self-governance into practice in their member-powered organizations.
In this interactive workshop, we'll hear three rapid presentations about the why, who, and how of self-governance from:
Jennifer Brandel, Interstitia (+ all-around self-governance conoisseur)
These rapid presentations will be followed by breakout groups, where members will have the opportunity to learn more and go deep on the different governance models that pique their interest. Members will walk away with a better understanding of the strengths and trade-offs of various self-governance models, along with inspiration and tangible steps for applying these approaches in their work.
